Talent Acquisition Specialist

building, managing and leading teams for them.

Due to our continuous growth, we are looking to add experienced Recruiter to our team. In this role, you will own complex, high -volume client
selections and balance deadlines, quality expectations and constantly shifting
priorities.

The ideal candidate for this role is a team player who is
organized, resilient and good under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Own end -to -end recruitment for assigned roles and
  clients (from intake to offer)
  
• Deliver high -volume recruitment campaigns across
  various channels
  
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, juggling
  different priorities and timelines
  
• Actively source candidates using job boards,
  databases, referrals, direct outreach, etc.
  
• Conduct structured interviews and deliver clear
  measurable candidate evaluations
  
• Consistently update the internal ATS database and relevant
  google sheets
  
• Coordinate closely with all internal stakeholders
  
• Adapt recruitment strategy quickly when client needs,
  volumes, or profiles change
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with in -house or agency
  recruitment
  
• Proven experience with high -volume hiring (BPO, retail,
  shared services, etc.)
  
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once without losing
  control of the process
  
• Strong organizational skills – you excel at structure, lists
  and follow -ups
  
• Comfortable working with KPIs, SLAs and deadlines
  
• Ability to assess skills, attitude and client fit
  
• Fluent in Serbian and English (spoken and written)
  
• Skilled in market research and unearthing unorthodox
  sourcing channels
