Job Description - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Work with client managers to understand staffing needs and provide applicant status updates.
  • Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client applications and submitting all required documents.
  • Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation.
  • Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements when needed.
  • Help applicants overcome obstacles preventing them from attending orientation.
  • Perform administrative and other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Willing to work during normal business hours (Monday–Friday) to achieve results
  • Customer service, recruiting, or logistics experience is a plus but not required

*1099 position – paid per driver hired*
