Talent Acquisition Specialist

Deloitte, the world’s leading and largest professional services firm in consulting and accounting, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership and lead the end-to-end recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles, open positions in the recruitment system, and build sourcing strategies.
Identify and engage suitable candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and the company’s recruitment system.
Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and hold in-person interviews.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing close support and consultation to hiring managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - required
• At least one year of prior experience in recruitment roles, including staffing agencies if applicable - required
• Very good level of English — required
• Experience conducting face-to-face interviews and working directly with hiring managers - required
• Prior experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and social media - preferred
• Strong organizational skills, persistence, process ownership, and the ability to work independently
• This position is open to all genders

במסגרת התפקיד:

• אחריות מלאה והובלת תהליך גיוס בפירמה מקצה לקצה אפיון פרופיל משרה מול מנהלים מגייסים, פתיחת משרה במערכת הגיוס ובניית אסטרטגיית הסורסינג למשרה.
• איתור מועמדים מתאימים תוך עבודה מתמדת למול מערכת LinkedIn Recruiter, רשתות חברתיות ומערכת הגיוס הארגונית.
• סינון קו’’ח, ביצוע ראיונות טלפוניים וקיום ראיונות אישיים. ליווי מועמדים בתהליך הגיוס, תוך התנהלות צמודה וייעוץ למנהלים מקצועיים בארגון.
• הפקת חוזים וטיפול בפניות מועמדים עד לשלב הקליטה.
• סנכרון ושיתוף פעולה עם מחלקת HR חטיבתית בתהליכי הגיוס והקליטה.
• ניהול קשר רציף מול מוסדות אקדמאיים לרבות נוכחות בירידי תעסוקה, ארגון הרצאות, מפגשים בפירמה ועוד

העבודה הינה במשרדי החברה בירושלים במודל היברידי המשלב עבודה מהבית.

• תואר ראשון בתחום רלוונטי - חובה
• ניסיון קודם של לפחות שנה בתפקידי גיוס (ניתן גם מחברות השמה) - חובה
• אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד - חובה
• ניסיון בביצוע ראיונות פרונטליים ועבודה ישירה למול מנהלים מגייסים - חובה
• ניסיון קודם באיתור מועמדים באמצעות LinkedIn ורשתות חברתיות - יתרון
• כישורי סדר וארגון, התמדה ויכולת הובלת תהליכים והתנהלות עצמאית גבוהה
