Talent Acquisition Specialist – York, PA (Hybrid)

RHI Magnesita is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring at our York, PA plant—one of our most dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing sites. This hybrid role requires consistent onsite presence, where you’ll partner directly with plant leadership, connect with candidates, and help drive hiring results in real time.

This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on, high-volume recruiting environment, enjoys working closely with operations, and takes pride in delivering results at scale. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we have the skilled workforce needed to keep production running strong.

What You’ll Do

• Lead high-volume recruitment efforts for hourly, skilled trades, and operations roles at the York plant.


• Be a visible, onsite recruitment partner, working closely with plant leadership and HR to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.


• Drive end-to-end recruitment with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.


• Actively source candidates through local channels, community outreach, job fairs, walk-ins, and creative sourcing strategies.


• Screen, interview, and assess candidates quickly and effectively to maintain hiring momentum.


• Coordinate and facilitate onsite interview days, hiring events, and rapid hiring initiatives.


• Maintain accurate data and workflow tracking within the ATS.


• Continuously identify ways to streamline processes and improve time-to-fill in a high-demand environment.


• Provide flexibility to support additional hiring needs across the region as required.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for high-volume, manufacturing, or operations hiring.


• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.


• Comfort working onsite regularly in a plant environment and building relationships at all levels of the organization.


• Strong organizational skills, urgency, and ability to drive hiring outcomes quickly.


• Experience with local sourcing strategies, community engagement, and hiring events.


• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, team-oriented mindset.
