We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.

We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Corporate Services Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiting Coordination Partner in Irving, Texas. • Monitor recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation and reporting within applicant tracking systems.
  • Contribute to broader recruiting projects focused on process improvement, efficiency, and candidate experience enhancements.
  • Ensure hiring and onboarding activities are completed in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.

Required Skills

  • Relationship Management: Strong stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Service Excellence: Commitment to delivering a high-quality, responsive, and solutions-oriented experience to internal and external customers.
  • Business Process Improvement: Ability to identify inefficiencies and support improvements in recruiting workflows and operations.
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple recruiting processes with precision and consistency.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience supporting high-volume or corporate recruiting environments.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Experience scheduling complex, multi-step interview processes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Experience supporting hiring for diverse functions, including corporate, professional, or technical roles.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance, onboarding processes, or workforce regulations.
