Talent Acquisition Specialist

DTXT LLC – Lots of Auctions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume recruiting for our warehouse operations in Dallas and Denton. This is a hands-on role responsible for attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding hourly warehouse employees in a fast-paced environment.

The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with Human Resources and Operations leaders to ensure staffing needs are met while delivering a positive candidate experience. This position requires someone who is highly organized, thrives in a high-volume recruiting environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or speed.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hourly warehouse positions across multiple locations.
• Recruit for positions various warehouse roles
• Source candidates using online job boards, social media, employee referrals, community partnerships, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, facilitate and complete in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with Operations leaders and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Extend employment offers and coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities.
• Partner with Operations leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate activity within Paylocity.
• Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, applicant flow, interview-to-hire ratios, and hiring effectiveness.
• Participate in job fairs, hiring events, community outreach, and other recruiting initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruiting process.
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, employees, and community partners.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and other Human Resources projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• At least two (2) years of high-volume hourly recruiting experience, preferably in a warehouse,  distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Demonstrated success filling multiple hourly positions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.
• Experience partnering with Operations leaders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Paylocity experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work on-site at both the Dallas and Denton locations.
• Ability to walk throughout warehouse and office environments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during hiring events, orientations, and warehouse walkthroughs.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
