The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a member of the ABS Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Our TA team is a Center of Excellence (COE) that supports the hiring efforts of three wholly owned ABS organizations. These organizations operate in 61 countries and have approximately 7,000 team members. The professional will report to a senior-level member of management and will have no direct reports. The professional should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment where team members interact frequently in a constructive and respectful manner. It is common for the Talent Acquisition Specialist to represent the TA team in meetings with all levels of management and provide briefings to HR leadership when needed.
Working Conditions:
The work environment will be in an air-conditioned office setting requiring the employee to sit for prolonged periods while talking on the phone, reading from a computer monitor, and typing on a keyboard. In addition, the team member may occasionally lift items weighing up to 10 pounds. At times, the team member may be asked to travel by common transportation to recruiting or other work-related events. Some overnight travel may be required with advance notice.
