Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you a people person who loves connecting talent with opportunity? Join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and help recruit, engage, and hire talent across our organization.

In this role you will:

- Source and screen candidates

- Coordinate interviews

- Attend job fairs and community events

- Create engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns

- Partner with hiring managers to build strong teams

- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience for all new employees

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position working Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Qualifications: 

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business or a related field

- Recruitment experience preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Saratoga County
