About The Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will support Bespoke Partner's growth as a white glove holistic human capital consulting firm. They will be a part of the Talent Acquisition team, whose goal is to support the organization's mission to be the best at people by attracting, retaining and growing exceptional talent.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will own full cycle recruiting across the organization, focused on finding and attracting exceptional talent that aligns with Bespoke's values. As a critical engine for Bespoke's growth, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in growing teams across the organization.

As an exemplar of Bespoke's values and passion for talent, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also help continuously improve the new hire journey from recruiting to onboarding, working closely with HR, hiring managers and the Talent Management team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and own full cycle recruiting for internal needs at Bespoke Partners, providing white glove service to internal clients
Overseeing, in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, the requisition approval process and assisting hiring teams with facilitation and compliance
Completing intake meetings with hiring managers, determining role requirements interview process, etc.
Sourcing talent based on desired candidate profile
Leading weekly status updates with hiring teams to update on requisition status and educate on best next steps
Coordinate and manage the interview process (interview scheduling, leading interview debriefs affectively, etc.)
Offer management and negotiation
Responsible for high-volume campus style recruitment
Spearhead, in partnership with Research, our Campus to Corporate program
Participate in career fairs on campus
Manage relationship with Handshake, Universities, etc.
Own new hire onboarding, in partnership with Human Resources, IT and external vendors
Proactively build strong candidate pipelines for projected hiring needs
Develop all offer letters for internal positions in collaboration with hiring managers and HR
Manage job postings to LinkedIn and other relevant sites for sourcing candidates
Review, filter and manage applications for job openings
Assist the Talent Leaders in developing and continuously improving recruiting processes
And other tasks, projects, or duties as required of the position

Requirements

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with 5-7+ years of relevant experience, some of which in a high-growth environment
Experience in high-volume and/or campus recruitment preferred
Strong candidate sourcing experience and experience converting passive talent
Experience working effectively cross functionally
Knowledgeable around applicable employment laws specific to Talent Acquisition and hiring practices
Ability to lead and foster relationships with local Universities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport with employees and potential candidates
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Understanding of private equity a plus
