This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of 6 months.
Job Description:
HR Recruiter reports directly to the HR manager but will maintain a strong collaborative relationship with our PACE Operations Director. They would be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting throughout organization. Including but not limited to: analyzing staffing needs, effectively communicating with management, posting jobs and sourcing candidates. Positively branding the company through social networking, company events, local schools and various community organizations; conducting initial interviews, completing pre-employment references and testing. Ensuring all candidates have a positive experience through the life of the recruitment process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to construct and execute a detailed hiring roadmap keeping in mind the need for growth
Work with internal management teams to familiarize themselves with the departments to have a better understand of their hiring needs and job specifications
Develop and release job postings on a platforms, such as social media and job boards
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources such as job boards, Indeed, Linked-in etc. and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new hires
Travels throughout San Diego County as needed to support recruitment efforts.
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
Confers with management at all facilities to identify recruiting needs. Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required.
Conduct initial interviews and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
