SUPERHERO JOB SUMMARY

The Wound Pros LLC is searching for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to power up our rapidly expanding ranks. We're seeking an individual with the superpowers of critical thinking, maturity, and an unbreakable commitment to thriving in a high-speed environment. If you can leap time zones in a single bound, dedicate 40 hours a week to our cause, exhibit flexibility, and even work weekends like a true hero, we want you! As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our recruitment endeavors. Your mission will include sourcing, engaging, and selecting the crème de la crème of candidates. Your superpower will be crafting seamless candidate experiences and coordinating with our team to assemble the ultimate lineup of talent.

WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• Five years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment etc. 
• 5+ years of experience candidate sourcing and recruitment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to adapt, learn quickly, and teach others

ATTRIBUTES NEEDED FOR THE ROLE

• Must be able to work in the USA time zones
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Must have phone service and a working laptop/computer and ready to work remotely.
• Excellent phone etiquette skills
• Excellent presentation skills on Zoom Meetings
• Prior experience in cross-functional roles and team collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and time management

WHAT ARE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS

• Provide support to an organization in finding qualified candidates for vacant job positions.
• Review a large number of resumes or curriculum vitae
• Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones based on professional and personal credentials.
• Assist in arranging live video interviews with higher management.
• Assist the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.
• Check the background of candidates, followed by employment reference checking.
• Report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process.
• Work according to the organization's rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies.
• Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.
• Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company websites, etc.
• Monitor the need for new employees for a particular post.

WORK LOCATION & AVAILABILITY

• This is a hybrid role, you will be working primarily from the comfort of your own home. 
• Traveling will be required for Career Fairs, Recruitment  Conferences, and Events.
• Work Schedule- Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST or as needed in cases of urgent recruitment processes/needs.
