Talent Acquisition Specialist: Nursing Division
Location: Midtown, Manhattan
*MONDAY- FRIDAY, IN OFFICE*
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for the recruitment of contingent nursing professionals for per diem, local long term, and travel opportunities.
JOB DUTIES
- Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening qualified candidates, securing proper documentation and coordinating interviews with healthcare facilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration
- Send and reply to emails in a timely manner
- Be the dedicated point of contact and build relationships with healthcare professionals looking for new assignments
- Resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience recruiting contingent nursing professionals
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Expertise in effectively managing multi-dimensional and complex issues in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
