Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Recruiter to join our growing, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.

- Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

•  Fluent in speaking and writing in Spanish. (Required) 
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 lbs or more, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Availability Requirements

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, weekends and extended hours as needed
