Talent Acquisition Team Leader

Deloitte, the world’s leading and largest professional services firm in consulting and accounting, is seeking a Team Lead to manage and drive our recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management and leadership of a team of three recruitment coordinators.
• Development and training of the recruitment team as part of regular work routines and according to a structured training plan.
• Building and implementing recruitment tools and procedures.
• Setting team priorities and managing recruitment workload within the division, as part of ongoing management and control processes.
• Building and monitoring data-driven KPIs, such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, sourcing time, recruitment funnels, and more.
• Supporting the management of recruitment sources and academic partnerships.
• Hands-on management of recruitment processes for divisional roles.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, divisional HR functions, and various headquarters teams.

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• Very good command of English
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment roles – mandatory
• Previous experience in team management – mandatory
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn – mandatory
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, handle high workloads, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong service orientation, organizational and planning skills, assertiveness, and ability to drive change

במסגרת התפקיד:

• ניהול ישיר והובלת צוות המונה 3 רכזי /ות גיוס.

• פיתוח והכשרת צוות הגיוס, כחלק משגרות עבודה ובהתאם לתוכנית הדרכה סדורה.

• בנייה והטמעת כלים ופרוצדורות עבודה בתחום הגיוס.

• קביעת סדרי עדיפויות לצוות וניתוב עומסי הגיוס בחטיבה, כחלק מתהליכי ניהול ובקרה שוטפים.

• בנייה ובקרת מדדי KPI, מבוססי דאטה כגון: זמן גיוס, יחסי המרה, זמן סורסינג, משפכי גיוס ועוד.

• תמיכה בניהול מקורות הגיוס בתחום וקשרי אקדמיה.

• Hands-on בניהול תהליכי גיוס לתפקידי החטיבה.

• עבודה בממשקים פנימיים למול מנהלים מגייסים, פונקציות HR חטיבתיות וגורמי מטה שונים.

• תואר ראשון- חובה

• אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד

• ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בתפקידי גיוס- חובה

• ניסיון קודם בתפקידי ניהול צוות- חובה

• ידע והיכרות מקדימה על כלי סורסינג, לרבות LinkedIn- חובה

• יכולת עבודה למול ממשקים רבים, עבודה תחת עומס וריבוי משימות.

• תודעת שירות גבוהה, כישורי סדר וארגון, אסרטיביות ויכולת הובלת שינויים.
