Talent & Press Relations Manager

East 2 West Collective is seeking a dedicated Talent & Press Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to use your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage relations between our company and various talent as well as press outlets. This role contributes significantly to our brand image and reputation, making it a vitally important position within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain professional relationships with talent. Your goal will be facilitate collaboration that is beneficial both for individuals and for East 2 West Collective.
• Manage communication between our company and press outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve press and talent relations.
• Plan and manage events for talent and press.
• Oversee the content production for press releases, articles and keynote presentations.
• Coordinate interviews and press attendance for events.
• Track and analyze the outcomes of our press relations strategies to assess their success and make improvements.
• Work closely with other teams, especially our marketing team, to ensure press and talent relations strategies are consistent with our brand image and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PR, communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in PR or in a similar role in talent and press relations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll need to be able to accurately express our brand and company goals to a variety of audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills. You should be capable of building professional relationships with talent and press officers that are beneficial to East 2 West Collective.
• Experience in event planning and management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans.
• Experience in tracking and analyzing the results of PR campaigns and strategies.
• Understanding of key trends in press and media relations.
