Major Entertainment Company seeking Talent Coordinators to support the size and complexity of the markets in which we operate, we are temporarily expanding our team with contract Talent Coordinators from May through September 2024.
As a Talent Coordinator within the Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will have a direct impact on the Company's success by executing a stunning candidate experience and helping to build dream teams to entertain the world.
You will be responsible for delivering high-touch, efficient interview logistics that reflect the Company's culture and include thoughtful local cultural nuances.
This requires close collaboration & partnership with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Panelists, Executive Assistants, and peer Talent Coordinators.
In this role, you will:
Be Immaculate with the Details and understand the value of the details and move through the coordinating workflow with attention and thoroughness.
Be an Expert Communicator and communicate the right information to the right people at the right time.

Be able to handle high-volume interview/panelist scheduling.
Must have prior Talent Coordinating experience/
