Talent Development Specialist

NCUS TEC is seeking a motivated and community-focused Part-Time Talent Development Specialist to support workforce development programs and participant success. This temporary 60-day position will be responsible for recruiting participants, providing case management and career coaching services, maintaining participant records, supporting employer engagement activities, and assisting individuals in overcoming barriers to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and enroll participants into NCUS TEC workforce training programs.
• Conduct intake assessments and provide career coaching and support.
• Maintain accurate participant records and case notes in program databases.
• Track attendance, training progress, and employment outcomes.
• Assist participants with job readiness, resume development, interview preparation, and job placement activities.
• Coordinate with employers, community partners, and training providers.
• Support program events, orientations, workshops, and outreach activities.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent workforce development experience.
• Experience in case management, workforce development, education, social services, or related fields.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
