Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, people-driven Talent Director to join our senior leadership team at Chick-fil-A Brockport. This role is essential in shaping the people systems of the restaurant—from hiring and onboarding to training, leadership development, and accountability structures. You’ll lead key HR and training functions while actively participating in the restaurant’s day-to-day operations.

Your Impact

  • Oversee all talent acquisition, onboarding, and training systems
  • Build and execute systems for employee development and accountability
  • Support and coach leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Manage HR-related systems and ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Develop and deliver internal training content and lesson plans
  • Serve as a cultural guardian, upholding the store’s vision and values
  • Balance administrative and operational leadership depending on the season
  • Lead and develop the training team in alignment with business goals
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity

Systems Overseen

  • Talent Acquisition & Hiring Platforms
  • Onboarding & HR Administration
  • Training & Leadership Development
  • Accountability & Evaluation Systems
  • Other duties as assigned by the Operator

Background Profile

  • 1+ year of leadership experience on the same team or business
  • Experience in training or teaching others in a work or educational setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable with professional communication platforms and documentation
  • Experience using Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience leading others collaboratively

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of NY labor laws
  • HR or People Systems experience
  • Food service shift leadership or training experience
  • Writing training or lesson plans
  • Familiarity with team development tools

Work Expectations

  • Full-Time | 40+ hours/week
  • Availability on nights/weekends (especially Fridays & Saturdays)
  • Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours at a time
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and fast-paced work environments
  • Must be self-motivated, coachable, and dependable
  • Willingness to learn 100% of Chick-fil-A operational standards
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A’s brand standards in training and operations
