What You Will Do

• Lead the talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier candidates in the AI and software development sectors.


• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.


• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.


• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and enhance candidate experience.


• Foster an inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.


• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring decisions.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry.


• Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in AI, software development, or related fields.


• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

Preferred

Compensation and Benefits
