Reporting to the Manager of Performance Management & Engagement, the Consultant is responsible for executing our performance management strategy through organization-wide programs that facilitate goal setting, coaching and feedback, performance reviews, and pay-for-performance initiatives.This role will collaborate closely with our People Strategy (HR generalist / business partner) team to build high performing functions and departments at DFCI using proven, best practice approaches, adapted to our organization and its mission. This includes design and execution of performance management programs that help the organization to attain current and future goals of the business.The role must build effective relationships and collaborate across the talent management team, greater HR and with various departments to identify organizational talent needs, design and deliver programs, and measure effectiveness. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for talent management and a track record of driving human capital development within organizations.

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
