Job Description - Talent Management System Administrator

Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Talent Management System Administrator for a 6+ month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This role is hybrid with 2 days a week onsite.

Day to Day: Support the ongoing administration of SF performance management and goal management modules to ensure current and future functionality exists to support the business.
Ideally will have SF learning module experience as well.
Developing and implementing of new system processes designed under the guidance and requirements of HR managers and other key stakeholders. This includes processes that, in the future, will be implemented in stores and DCs for non-exempt team members. Likewise, it includes the management and continuous improvement of existing system processes.
Administrating performance and succession system processes, including yearly reviews and mid-year reviews, assigning specific goals in certain situations, and creating any new competency models for new job codes.
Creating documentation and training for the end users and various limited administrators. Conducting instructor-led training as needed.
Conducting user acceptance testing as needed for new process feedback and improvement before the implementation of new processes, using detailed test plans for test users that can be both within and outside of the Human Resource Department.
Providing secondary administrative support to the primary administrative stakeholders for the 360 assessment process and the develop plan process.
Testing of new functionality created by the software maker each quarter in order to evaluate mandatory changes that will affect current and future processes and identifying any malfunctioning processes before changes are rolled out to the Live portal. Evaluating and choosing optional changes that will improve current system processes. Providing necessary feedback to the software maker about any system limitations that need to be improved.
System analytics: providing custom reporting as needed for various managers and departments.
Providing customer support including password assistance and the monitoring of the shared mailbox (responsibility shared with the LMS Administrator).
Resolving issues that arise with system limitations and system errors. Analyzing and communicating issues to affected stakeholders inside the company and working closely with Cornerstone and/or the I.T. Department to determine root cause and prevent recurrence.
Maintaining the security of information stored through correct security permissions for each user as well as regularly reviewing system sign-on reports. Maintaining documentation of security permissions for reference
Working with software maker and ADP concerning resolution of any data feed issues and needed data feed changes.
Creating and maintaining internal documentation of process configurations for reference.
Along with the LMS Administrator, continuously improving the configurable design of the system, such as the “look” and functionality of the Welcome Page and custom pages for users.
Working in partnership and providing backup for the Learning Management System Administrator.
Periodically monitoring data accuracy for manager/direct report relationships transmitted in HRIS data feed. Reporting any known or suspected inaccuracies to HRIS administrators.
Reviewing monthly billing and resolving any incorrect billing with ADP/Cornerstone before submitting for payment.
May perform other duties as assigned
Must Haves: 4+ years of SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules experience a must
2+ years of general Learning Management Administration experience.
Able to manage priorities to meet assignment deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent team work and collaboration skills.
Ability to effectively communicate the status of assignments and escalate issues as necessary.
Customer service and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Work with IT and HRIS as needed to resolve software/ technical issues as they arise within SF system
Implementation and adoption of new procedures as needed for continuous improvement.
Work cross-functionally on changes to software and system processes.
Proactively identify and communicate potential risks to project deliverables in the early stages.
Preferred: Talent Management system or HRIS software experience
Pay Rate- $28.97- $30.00 /hour
