You are a detail-oriented, talent systems professional with experience supporting or administering enterprise processes such as performance management, succession planning, or employee development programs. You bring a strong understanding of how talent programs are operationalized through HR systems and are comfortable translating process design into system execution.
You combine strong technical aptitude with a service-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues, manage competing priorities, and ensure a consistent and seamless experience for HR partners, people leaders, and employees.
In this role you will serve as a critical enabler of Weyerhaeuser’s Talent Management & Recruiting strategy by ensuring our core talent processes run effectively and consistently. Acting as the system-level steward of Talent Management within UKG Pro, you will configure, launch, and manage talent programs across the enterprise, bringing to life processes such as goal planning, performance reviews, succession planning, coaching & feedback, and development tracking.
We are a growing Talent Management team focused on building the processes, systems, and insights that help our people and business succeed. As part of Weyerhaeuser’s Talent, Inclusion, communications and Culture organization, we play a key role in bringing talent strategies to life. Our team values collaboration, continuous improvement, and doing work that is practical and meaningful. We believe that when talent processes are clear, well-run, and thoughtfully designed, they create a better experience for employees and stronger outcomes for the business.
Note: We are in the process of migrating to UKG Pro as our new cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The successful candidate for this role will assist in this system implementation, which will go live later this year, and then serve as the primary system administrator for Talent Management tools going forward (see more detailed responsibilities below).
