What The Position is About:

• Support the company’s hiring needs by leading full-cycle recruiting
• Source candidates using various tools and networks
• Screen potential candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Extend job offers and negotiate with candidates
• Address field escalations and resolve issues efficiently

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• High-velocity, full-cycle recruiting experience
• Fluency in Spanish
• The ability to learn and operate internal tools and tech-enabled marketplace platforms
