We’re looking for a highly motivated, English-native Talent Sourcer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to break into the world of recruitment and talent acquisition. No prior experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

As a Talent Sourer, you’ll be the first to identify and engage high-potential candidates. You’ll reach out, spark interest, and qualify fit - all while helping drive our fast-paced hiring efforts. Curiosity, adaptability, and great communication skills are key to succeeding in this role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Researching and identifying top talent across platforms like LinkedIn and beyond
• Writing outreach messages that capture attention and generate interest
• Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Managing and updating candidate pipelines and databases
• Conducting research and using social media creatively to find top talent
• Working hours: 12:00–21:00 Israel time (to align with U.S. time zones)

• Native-level English – both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Naturally curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and platforms
• No previous experience required — just the right mindset
