About The Position

Unframe is a fast-growing, AI-first startup building cutting-edge AI solutions from the heart of Tel Aviv. We move fast, work closely as a team, and put a big emphasis on finding and hiring the very best people to join us on our journey.

We’re looking for our first Talent Sourcer to join the team and help us hunt down top technical talent in Israel. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with our recruiter to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  
  


• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, social media, and other creative channels.
  
  


• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to fill top-of-funnel pipelines.
  
  


• Build and maintain a network of relevant candidates for future opportunities.
  
  


• Engage candidates through personalized outreach that reflects our company culture and values.
  
  


• Track and maintain accurate data on sourcing activities and pipeline status.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer in a tech company or agency.
  
  


• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, etc.).
  
  


• Strong understanding of technical profiles.
  
  


• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and professional language skills in English required.
  
  


• A proactive, results-driven approach and the mindset of a hunter.
  
  


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment (full-time, 5 days/week in Tel Aviv).
