Role Overview

We are seeking a Contract Technical Sourcer based in Ukraine to support one of our in-region Recruiters. This role is focused on proactive, high-quality sourcing for technical talent across engineering and delivery disciplines.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on sourcing role. Success requires strong research capability, persistence, and comfort working across multiple active searches simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the assigned Recruiter to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles


• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles (engineering, data, AI, delivery, etc.)


• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels


• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs


• Conduct initial outreach and basic qualification conversations when appropriate


• Maintain accurate candidate data for the team


• Schedule interviews for identified candidates

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles


• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills


• Experience sourcing within Ukraine and Eastern Europe


• Excellent written English; conversational English required


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches


• Strong attention to detail and responsiveness
