About the Role
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support RCAs continued growth. You will partner closely with HR and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure a consistent recruiting flow of high-quality candidates. This role requires strong communication, initiative, and relationship-building skills to enhance RCAs visibility and recruitment success.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and contribute to recruitment strategy.
Source and evaluate potential candidates through cold calls, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings via phone or video to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Communicate job requirements clearly and professionally to candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
Review resumes and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and internal feedback sessions.
Maintain long-term relationships with candidates to encourage referrals.
Represent RCA at career fairs and networking events to strengthen the employer brand.
Requirements
13 years of experience in staffing/recruiting, with at least 1+ year sourcing candidates.
Experience managing multiple hiring managers and job searches simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS, Indeed, and various sourcing techniques/tools.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and independent.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of recruitment and hiring best practices.
Willingness to travel to regional offices to build relationships with hiring teams.
