We are seeking a Talent Specialist to support Vista Care Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services operations. The Talent Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Talent Specialist owns the process from start-to-finish.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Work Schedule: Full Time; standard work week Monday through Friday
• Location/Travel: The position will be hybrid after training is completed. The location of the position will be based in Lebanon, IL but the position will be able to work remotely two days per week or at a designated affiliated location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and qualifications
• Screen applications promptly, within 24 hours
• Implement proactive recruitment strategies like job fairs, networking, and targeted messaging
• Establish partnerships with schools and organizations to attract passive candidates
• Conduct a high volume of interviews, including phone, video, and in-person
• Promote Vista Care as an "employer of choice" in the community
• Coordinate and send offer letters and new hire paperwork
• Build candidate relationships during the selection and onboarding process
• Gather feedback from hiring managers and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain up-to-date job postings on internal and external sites

• Experience utilizing an ATS
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• High level of computer competency and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• 1+ years of high-volume, full life cycle recruitment experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

PAY:

$25 - $29 hourly, depending on experience.
