You’ll be responsible for:
- Creating Digital/Hand Sketches/Drawings
- Developing landscape designs for a variety of projects that include commercial and residential properties.
- Collaborating with engineers, planners and construction team members to integrate your designs.
- Opportunity to manage timelines for projects, client expectations and budgeting.
- Knowledge of take-offs and estimating is a plus.
- Staying up to date with trends and guidelines.
- Preparing presentations, technical drawings, plans, and other design software.
- Learning and executing our design-build process .
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape design.
- Knowledge in hardscaping and planting material.
- Familiar with local zoning laws, construction codes, and environmental guidelines.
- Proficiency in design software.
Experience:
- CAD Systems
- Adobe Suite
- Microsoft Office
- Sketch-Up
- Digital Drawing (3-D, rendering, blueprints)
- Writing/reading skills
- Mathematics
