Collection Manager

Rigid Tactical is looking for a skilled Collection Manager to join our team at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. In this full-time W2 role, you'll be instrumental in focusing Counterintelligence (CI) collection efforts, developing and updating Counterintelligence Prioritized Lists (CIPLs) for component platforms, and ensuring collectors are responsive to Combatant CJ's collection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-intelligence (multi-INT) collection against requirements.


• Assess the execution of collection plans and strategies to deliver intelligence to customers.


• Determine the value of collected intelligence relative to customer needs.


• Manage data, ensure data consistency, and produce clear visualizations of findings.


• Develop models to effectively report insights.


• Assist in developing methods and criteria to evaluate collection requirements.


• Provide feedback on findings to relevant stakeholders.


• Identify collection gaps, assess various collection options, and propose recommended solutions.


• Engage with analysts and desk officers to understand intelligence needs, then identify and develop potential collection postures and strategies.


• Convert intelligence needs into actionable collection requirements to satisfy Combatant intelligence demands.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.


• Minimum of 17 years of overall experience.


• Master's degree.


• Minimum of 12 years of operational experience supporting a combatant command.
