Role: Tank Monitor Coordinator
Location: Macon, GA (Headquarters) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Reports to: Equipment Division Manager
About Us: Walthall Oil Company is a family-owned fuel and lubricants distributor serving Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. A key part of our business is providing fuel and lubricant tanks to customers on a usage agreement, ensuring they stay filled using our wireless tank monitors and telemetry data. With over 3,500 wireless tank monitors in operation, we are looking for a dedicated Tank Monitor Coordinator to assist in managing and maintaining this critical system.

Job Responsibilities:
SMARTank Portal Management

     . Oversee all monitor setups and configurations

     . Create customer view access as requested

Monitor Installation & Maintenance

     . Install wireless tank monitors in the field

     . Identify malfunctioning monitors and implement solutions

     . Assist personnel with troubleshooting and support calls

Monitor Returns & Replacements (RMA Process)

     . Complete and track RMA cases

     . Monitor outbound & inbound shipments

Fluid Management Support (Tecalemit)

     . Assign and manage user access

     . Test units before deployment

Customer & Administrative Support

     . Greet walk-in customers, create orders, and process checkouts

     . Maintain office records, including monthly build documents, packing slips, and related paperwork

     . Process PO receiving and create tank serial numbers

Training & Backup Assistance

     . Cross-train to provide backup assistance as needed
