What You’ll Do:

Operates welding equipment to weld and attach tanks or other components to cores following blueprint instructions under close supervision. This role focuses on learning foundational welding techniques and production processes.

· Read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints 

· Move cores using manual effort or chain hoist 

· Match tanks to cores with guidance 

· Tack weld corners and assist in positioning tanks 

· Perform basic welding operations under supervision 

· Assist with additional parts installation if needed 

· Move finished cores to designated area 

· Meet entry-level production expectations 

· Maintain clean and safe workspace 

· Report issues to supervisor

· Stand 95% / Walk 5% 

· Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently 

· Bend, stoop, twist, push, and pull regularly 

· Operate pallet jack, chain hoist, and welding tools

· Must wear PPE always including steel toe shoes and safety equipment on the manufacturing floor 

What We’re Looking For:

  Completion of trade school OR apprenticeship OR internal on-the-job training 

· Basic welding knowledge preferred 

· Ability to work assigned shift
