Tanzerra Marketing Coordinator, Fort Lauderdale, Florida

This position is located at Tanzerra's Home office in Plantation, Florida 33324.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the efforts of the Marketing Department and assist in conducting marketing campaigns to attract guests and enhance the brand’s image. Responsibilities include researching market trends and compiling reports about customer needs, creating marketing campaign content such as graphics, blog posts, social media posts and assisting in executing marketing events.

Work Performed :

Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns support the luxury brand image and standards.
Guest Communications: Complete guest survey reports via Revinate
Social media: Create Facebook event pages, help with Instagram story planning, coordinate Instagram live sessions and respond to messages on our social platform, Sprout Social
Media Relations: Create media and influencer reservations.
Design: Coordinate the creation of business cards, hotel collateral pieces, and other assigned projects
Imagery: Using our image library system, Image Relay, upload and update photography and videos for each resort
Public Relations: Create media and influencer reservations, compile media coverage for monthly PR reports and take part in regular PR team meetings.
Marketing: Oversee marketing calendars and revenue initiative tracking sheets
Digital: Complete metasearch reports for our digital agency, G Commerce, update experiences and offers on our booking engine, Fare Harbor, and update resort website pages
Billing: Processing vendor invoices and updating budgets accordingly to reflect spending
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality preferred.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Familiarity with design programs such as Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
Self-motivated, organized, and creative with strong public relations skills.
Passionate about travel, hospitality, and customer excellence.
