Taping Operator 

TKO StaffPros is hiring a Tape Operator for our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for taping mattresses and other products to meet company quality standards, ensuring every item is finished correctly and ready to move to the next production stage. We're looking for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who takes pride in consistent, quality work.

Responsibilities

• Apply tape to products per company specifications and quality standards
  


• Check each product for defects, damage, or cleanliness before taping
  


• Keep tape straight, secure, and properly aligned on every piece
  


• Flag defects or equipment problems to your supervisor right away
  


• Keep pace with production goals without cutting corners on quality
  


• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area
  


• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times
  


• Support other production duties as needed
  


• Consistently hit daily production and quality targets
  

What You Bring

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
  


• Strong hand-eye coordination
  


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  


• Solid problem-solving skills
  


• Dependable attendance record
  


• Comfortable following both written and verbal directions
  

Work Environment

• Manufacturing floor with equipment noise and machinery in motion
  


• Regular standing, bending, reaching, and lifting
  


• Overtime possible depending on production demand
  

Compensation: Starting at $14/hour, with pay increases based on experience
