A Day in the life:

• Cleanliness Amplification: Oversee the cleaning of rooms, common areas, and backstage spaces to ensure a spotless environment for our guests. Your attention to detail should rival a guitar solo!
• Team Coordination: Lead and inspire our housekeeping crew with the charisma of a rock icon. Ensure everyone is in tune with their responsibilities, maintaining a harmonious work environment.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment like a skilled roadie. Ensure we have all the tools needed to deliver a stellar performance in cleanliness.
• Guest Satisfaction: Strive for 5-star reviews by exceeding guest expectations. Your commitment to excellence should echo in every room and corner of our establishment.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of housekeeping staff, recognizing their shining moments and coaching them for continuous improvement.
• Rock Solid Standards: Establish and enforce cleaning standards that make our establishment stand out. Maintain a checklist tighter than a well-tuned drum set.  Actively participate in all aspects of Housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, room inspections, deep cleaning, laundry and public areas. 
• Communicate with guests in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner, rocking the vibes of hospitality with style and flair! 
• Lead the housekeeping teams with the power of a rock legend, cranking up the guest experience to eleven, smashing expectations, and flawlessly nailing daily departmental objectives! 
• Rock the financial stage by managing department labor costs and operational expenses with precision! Keep those labor costs in perfect harmony, hitting the budgeted and forecasted numbers like a well-tuned guitar riff! 

Salary:  $80K

Requirements

· At least 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning management role, preferably in hotels

· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask like a rockstar on stage.

· Strong leadership and motivational abilities to bring out the best in your cleaning crew.

· Attention to detail sharper than a guitar riff.

· Proficient in Excel/Word and hotel management systems.

· A passion for creating an unforgettable guest experience.

· Union experience, a plus!
