Job description
Transformation Hospitality Solutions (THS), a hospitality consulting company provides task force, task force to direct hire and direct hire services. THS has delivered over 13,000 projects, supplying talent to 400 hotels, servicing 412 cities across 44 states. THS has worked with 78 different hotel management companies including 60 different brands and 75 independent/lifestyle properties. Our corporate staff are dedicated to the principles of integrity, excellence, and partnership and are always laser focused on service.

Position Overview:
As a Task Force Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team. The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue of the company. This position involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and coordinating events to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction. Sales Managers are versatile professionals who excel in various environments and are adaptable to changing business needs. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
As the Task Force Sales Manager, you will travel and be onsite at various Hotel properties across the United States.

Details:
Assignments start out at 3 weeks minimum with potential to extend and typically last 6-9 weeks if extended.
Competitive pay rates, travel costs covered such as flights, lodging and meals.

Qualifications
Looking for Sales Managers with system experience in

Envision System (MUST HAVE)
3+ years in a Sales Manager role
Candidates who are currently not employed and open to travel ASAP.

Skills and Knowledge
Dynamic, forward-thinking, willing to take strategic risks, and committed to achieving objectives through persistence.
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Candidates should be proactive self-starters eager to learn and contribute, collaborating with colleagues and supporting teamwork by assisting with job duties as needed.

*Must be a US Citizen or hold a work permit and authorized to work in the United States.
