Qualifications/Experience
Three years sales and Management experience.
Strong Leadership, Communication skills.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Wine Software.
Must be able to problem solve & work well under pressures of the business.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities/Job Description
Assist Tasting Room Manager as needed.
Maintain the flow of Operations in all areas of the Tasting Room.
Manage Tasting Room Team to deliver sales. 
Support barbacks, Wine Servers, Hosts and other Managers as needed.
Create memorable guest experiences and service standards to maintain winery's reputation for excellence.
Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP'S).
Collaborate with other departments to promote Robert Renzoni Vineyards' brands.
