What You’ll Do:

• Create an exceptional experience - From the warm welcome to the final farewell, you’ll ensure every guest feels taken care of and leaves with great memories—and great wine.
• Be a team player - Seamless service happens when we work together, communicating with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and managers to keep everything running smoothly.
• Keep things polished - A clean, well-prepared table enhances the guest experience, and staying organized helps us provide the best service possible.
• Showcase our wines - You’ll engage guests in conversations about their preferences, guiding them toward wines they’ll love and helping them take home a bottle—or a case—of their favorites.
• Enhance the experience - Thoughtful wine pairings can turn a great visit into an unforgettable one. You’ll help guests discover the perfect match for their tastes.
• Drive sales through connection - Selling wine isn’t just about transactions—it’s about storytelling, enthusiasm, and ensuring guests leave with something they’ll enjoy long after their visit.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 35-50 lbs and carry trays.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for long shifts, occasionally up and down stairs
• Able to multitask while staying friendly and composed.
