Job Description

• Advise individuals, families, and businesses on federal and state tax matters.
• Assist with estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Draft and review estate planning documents, legal memoranda, and tax-related agreements.
• Conduct legal research and develop practical solutions to complex tax and estate issues.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on tax compliance, business transactions, and related matters.
• Build strong client relationships while expanding your legal knowledge and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent law degree required.
• Willingness to pursue an LL.M. in Taxation, fully funded by our firm.
• Interest in tax law and estate planning for newly admitted attorneys.
• Prior tax law and/or trusts and estates experience for practicing attorneys.
• Strong research, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a primarily on-site environment.
