Position Overview:
The Tax Associate will lead and support M&A tax engagements, including transaction structuring, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration work.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct tax due diligence and analyze deal structures.

● Research and interpret tax implications of M&A activity.
