A prestigious Boston based AmLaw 200 firm with a great reputation are looking for a tax associate with 3+ years’ experience to join their expanding team.

They specialise predominantly in the mid-market space and work on exciting deals.

They have an immediate need for a candidate who has integrity and keen to work hard and learn from the best.

This firm takes great pride in providing mentorship, sophisticated work environment that fosters
continued education, collaboration, and a healthy work/ life balance.

Requirements:

Admitted to practice in MA.
Good understanding on M/A
Fund formation knowledge- not critical as happy to teach this.
Experience working on M/A deals.

Compensation is based on the cravath scale , with additional end of year bonuses.

Required billables are 2000 with 100 on the job training included in this.

Hybrid working with 3 days in the office 2 days working from home available.
