What You'll Do:

• Prepare individual and business tax returns while ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Assist in tax research and planning to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Work closely with senior tax professionals to develop strategies that optimize tax positions.
• Communicate with clients and government agencies regarding tax matters.
• Stay up to date on tax regulations and industry trends to enhance your knowledge and expertise.
• Meet productivity and efficiency standards (billable hours).

Requirements

 What We're Looking For:

• Education - BBA or Master's in Accounting, in progress of obtaining CPA.
• Attention to Detail - Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Communication Skills - Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
• Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn tax software (Ultra Tax experience a bonus).
• Motivated & Eager to Learn - A passion for public accounting and professional growth.
