Tax Coordinator

We are a multifaceted CPA firm with 15 offices across the Pacific Northwest, providing financial and tax planning to our business and personal clients by offering payroll, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We have close relationships with financial advisors and family attorneys which enable us to provide a full array of services to our clients under one roof. We are looking for a Tax Coordinator to add to our dynamic team of professionals at our Snohomish, WA location.

This position encompasses many of the tasks needed to run an efficient, client-friendly, professional firm. You will help make our office a great place for our company members to work while providing superior service to our clients. This position will provide the support needed to service our clients with timely accurate work.

Potential Duties:

• Check in returns for prep


• Communicate with clients regarding return status


• Maintain up to date project status through project management software


• Process returns for signature and payment


• Enter billable time daily


• E-file Tax Returns and Extensions through tax software


• Monitor preparer workflow


• Follow-up with clients regarding outstanding payment/signature requests


• Effectively communicate tax prep fees to the billing department


• Monitor e-file rejections/acceptances and communicate to tax preparer


• Maintain rapport with tax team (preparers, reviewers, Partners) and clients


• Responsible for projects assigned by management and supervisor


• Available to local staff for administrative tasks and requests


• Manage project list for specific location

• Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
