Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and executors on complex Trust & Estate matters.
Provide estate, gift, trust, and wealth transfer planning, including succession and charitable strategies.
Review complex fiduciary, estate, and gift tax returns and ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
Research and advise on federal, state, and local tax issues impacting trusts and estates.
Lead and develop the Trust & Estate practice, including identifying business development and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and participate in proposals and client presentations.
Mentor and develop staff and managers while providing technical guidance and oversight.
10+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on Trust & Estate taxation.
Active CPA or EA required; MST, JD, or LLM in Taxation a plus.
Deep knowledge of fiduciary income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxation.
Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and estates.
Strong technical research, tax planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership and team development experience.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client advisory skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to practice growth.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax research platforms; ProSystem fx experience a plus.
