Job Summary: Ladgov Corporation is looking to hire a Tax Instructor to support the Department of Justice component at Federal Prison Camp (FPC), 1016 Douglas Avenue, Yankton, South Dakota 57078-0610.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present lectures on federal taxation topics, catering to diverse learning styles.
• Use various teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning.
• Assign exercises and real-world scenarios to promote problem-solving skills.
• Keep the curriculum updated with current tax laws and regulations.
• Encourage student participation and engagement through interactive activities.
• Provide timely feedback and assistance to students.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members and participate in professional development.
• Mentor students in academic and career pursuits.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field (JD or CPA a plus).
• Strong expertise in federal taxation principles and practices.
• Prior teaching or workshop experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in instructional technologies and learning management systems.
• Commitment to staying current with tax laws and industry trends.
