What You'll Do:

• Oversee and review complex corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns

• Lead client relationships, providing proactive tax planning and compliance strategies

• Supervise and mentor staff and senior accountants

• Stay current on federal, state, and local tax regulations

• Collaborate with leadership on business development and process improvement

What You Bring:

• CPA license (required)

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; Masters in Tax a plus

• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting

• Strong technical knowledge of tax law and compliance

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills
