About the Opportunity

Exciting opportunity to join one of the top accounting firms in the area. We are currently seeking Tax Managers with an interest in career advancement (partnership track). You will work under the direction and guidance of our Managing Partner to manage the tax return engagement process with clients and governmental agencies.

Responsibilities
•Act as client liaison; maintain and develop client relationships; business development
•Research complex tax issues as needed
•Manage a team of accounting, including:
Review of staff and senior associate work
Mentor, evaluate and train team members

Required Education, Experience & Skills
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting
•5+ years of public accounting experience
•CPA

What We Offer
•Competitive Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 annual salary plus bonus (discretionary)
•Work environment: Hybrid (2-3 days on site)
