A highly respected CPA firm with a strong client base of successful individuals, estates, trusts, partnerships, and corporations is seeking a Tax Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA with 6+ years of public accounting tax experience to step into a client-facing leadership role with future shareholder potential.

What you will be doing:

• Perform technical reviews of tax returns and financial statements prepared by staff




• Research and resolve complex tax issues, including IRS matters




• Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to clients




• Manage client relationships for assigned accounts




• Mentor and manage staff members to support their development

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting




• Active CPA license




• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience




• Strong background in reviewing tax returns and managing staff




• Excellent written and oral communication skills




• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite is a plus
