Tax Manager - Remote

In this role you will be involved in all tax related aspects and activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws.

Your Role

· Perform tax research

· Prepare and review tax returns

· Identify opportunities to help minimize the effective tax rate for clients

· Help train, guide and advise staff on tax return preparation and other matters

· Review and respond to various client tax notices

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• CPA (or EA and pursuing a CPA)

• 5+ years of public accounting experience

• 3+ years’ experience reviewing individual income tax returns in Wisconsin and Illinois
