Job Details
~ A DAY IN YOUR LIFE ~
You will analyze client financial situations based on information provided by the client, tax associates and from Federal & State Agencies. They will work closely with various teams to deliver resolutions to our clients.
Review tax returns financial statements for individuals and their businesses to include - 1040s, 1065s, 1120, 1120s, 1041s, 941’s, amended returns, state returns
Prepare and review tax projections and analysis and communicate recommendations to clients.
Excellent computer software application knowledge, specifically in software utilized by the firm.
Master available software to perform procedures, analysis, updates, training, research, and client and work paper preparation and review.
Educate and train clients on their responsibility and obligation in the tax compliance process.
Create and sustain a culture of excellence.
Maintain open communication with clients to gain their trust and communicate the importance of tax planning.
Encourage proactive culture among all members of the organization.
Support and demonstrate professional communication and interactions.
Ensure expectations of stakeholders are met and, where possible, exceeded.
Produce a high quality product in a timely and efficient manner.
Complete all projects on time and within budget.
Improve research capabilities and capacity.
Manage regulatory compliance proactively through training and research.
Effectively supervise a high-functioning team including hiring and overall performance management.
Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
CPA license
Public Accounting Audit Experience Required
Excellent organizational skills
Must be goal oriented and a team player
